Spillage/leakage
Spillage or leakage is unwanted sound from one source being picked up by another microphone.

Explanation
Spill can make mixing harder because sounds are no longer fully separate. It can be reduced with placement, directional microphones, isolation, quieter monitoring, or recording sources separately.
